The Movement of Resilience

Every emotion or mood has its non-verbal dimension that sustains and empowers it.  By combining the standing meditation of holding a bowl-like shape with the front and down balance associated with the Ring of Ground, you can rapidly and authentically cultivate your natural gift for recovering and maintaining your sense of calm.
